Offices

What type of offices are there?
We have flexible co-working spaces and offices from 10 m2 to 7,500 m2.
I am looking for an office or flexible workspace, how do I go about it?
Arrange a no-obligation appointment with Micha Patutschnick. Micha will give you a guided tour of WTC The Hague Business Center. After you have signed the contract, you will have your own flexible working space in WTC Business Center.
Can I use the various meeting rooms?
Absolutely. Various meeting rooms are available on the third floor of the Business Center. Are you a tenant? If so, you receive a discount on these rooms.  Need more space?  The NH Conference Centre Den Haag offers a luxury conference centre for all your large gatherings and events. It goes without saying that you will have high-tech audiovisual equipment at your disposal and we would be happy to adapt the layout of the rooms to your needs.
Can you help us design our new office?
Yes, we can also help you design and furnish your office. We would be pleased to introduce you to our architects, contractors and office designers who will help create your perfect office space.
Do you also have short-term rental contracts?
Yes we do. We would be pleased to go through the options with you.

Parking & accessibility

Where can I park?
WTC The Hague has its own covered underground parking garage for about 1,000 vehicles. The entrance to the garage is on the Prinses Marijkestraat, 2595 TL, The Hague
Can my visitors use the WTC garages too?
Yes they can. The garage is public and is accessible to everyone that needs to be in WTC The Hague. Your visitors are welcome to park there.
Are there electric charging stations in the garages?
Yes there are. There are 10 electric charging stations on floor -1 of the garage
Is there parking space available for bikes?

Yes. The building has a special locked bicycle parking area.

Facilities

What are the opening hours?
We are open 24/7 and there is always someone at reception from 8 am to 6 pm. Security is present 24 hours a day.

General questions

What is a World Trade Center?
World Trade Centers are multifunctional buildings with a licence from the World Trade Centers Association. There are presently around 320 WTCs in the world. World Trade Centers are owned by various parties. WTC Rotterdam and WTC The Hague are the property of Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund. One of the aims of a WTC is to stimulate trade by offering businesses a corporate platform.
Who owns WTC The Hague?
The owner of WTC The Hague is Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund. The Office Fund is an investment company with variable capital. The Fund has sustainable, multifunctional buildings with multiple tenants mostly in the four large cities of the Randstad.
Is the building accessible for the disabled?
Yes of course. The emergency exit of the building is also accessible for the disabled. Please contact the reception to meet you or your visitors. If you are coming by car, you can park in the garage. The lift will bring you straight to the lobby.
What is the building’s energy label?
WTC The Hague has an A energy label. In December 2016, WTC The Hague was also BREEAM-NL-In-Use Excellent certified.
